A familiar face in the local gourmet butchery scene, Sunny has perfected his craft through over 30 years of experience in the food service and meat industry.
It’s poetry in motion when Sunny wields his butcher knives.
And his meats get a good pampering
after - primed with the best herbal rub downs; readied for a dramatic sizzle and a burst of flavour in the pan, wok, grill or oven.
Come in for a chat and Sunny will gladly share his tips with you on how to get the most out of your selected meats and cuts.
For recipes and cooking advice, Eric is our man to talk to.
With stints at The Tuscany at the Pan Pacific, Domvs at the Sheraton Towers and Maxim’s de’ Paris at the Pavillion Intercontinental Singapore, Eric has spent over 25 years working as a chef at some of the finest restaurants in Singapore.
Exposed to French, Italian, Continental and Fusion cuisine in his long and successful career as a chef, Eric is sure to have a recipe or two up his sleeves just for you.
So if you want a roast or special marinade, do come in and have a chat with Eric. You’ll find him pleasant and easy to talk to.
With an impressive resume spanning 50 years in the food business, particularly in meat handling, supermarket operations, merchandising, as well as, stints in the fresh produce and cheese industries, Ronald is the best person to see that everything at Meat the Butcher runs like clockwork.
As a consumer himself, his pet peeve is to enter a store only to experience indifferent staff.
Therefore, from inculcating the highest service standards in his staff to earning the confidence of customers, Ronald makes sure that customers always get sophisticated and personal service.
